From Manipur to Maharashtra: Rahul Gandhi’s BJNY All Set to Begin, Siddaramaiah, DKS Reaches Imphal

New Delhi: Congress is set to launch the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, a two-month campaign led by Rahul Gandhi, covering over a dozen states in preparation for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Starting from Manipur and traversing four northeastern states, the yatra will also extend to Hindi heartland states and conclude in Maharashtra in March.

The journey will span 6,713 km, passing through politically significant areas in Uttar Pradesh, including Amethi, Rae Bareli, and Varanasi. Rahul Gandhi will pay homage at the Khongjom War Memorial in Thoubal before embarking on the yatra, addressing public gatherings and engaging with civil society during the 67-day journey.

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, Minister KJ George and others reached Imphal to take part in Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. All the senior Congress leaders flew to Imphal in a flight from Delhi today.
